01接受与适用

本服务条款（下称“条款”）适用于你对 ZYCEONGAO 平台（包括统一身份、账号中心与 @zyceongao.com 邮箱服务）的访问与使用。注册、登录或继续使用本服务， 即表示你同意本条款与《隐私政策》。如果你不同意，请停止使用。

02账号与安全

• 你应提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并及时更新；手机号验证用于防止恶意注册与滥用。
• 账号仅供你本人使用，不得转让、出借或出售。你应妥善保管密码、验证器与恢复码。
• 你对自己账号下发生的活动负责；发现未经授权的访问，应立即修改密码、检查登录设备并联系我们。
• 平台可能要求你完成两步验证；请勿关闭必要的安全设置以规避安全检查。

03邮箱服务与可接受使用

@zyceongao.com 邮箱用于合法、正常的通信。你不得利用本服务发送垃圾邮件、钓鱼邮件、 恶意软件、欺诈信息，或从事任何违反法律、侵犯他人权利、干扰网络与平台安全的行为。

• 不得批量注册、自动化滥用、绕过发信限额或反滥用机制；
• 不得冒充他人、伪造发件人身份或伪造邮件头；
• 不得发送违反所在地法律的内容，或侵害他人知识产权、隐私与其他权利的内容；
• 平台可对明显异常的发信行为采取限流、暂停或终止措施，并保留依法报告的权利。

04第三方登录（Google）

• Google 登录仅作为已绑定账号的快捷登录方式；平台不会因一次 Google 认证自动创建账号。
• 你必须先在账号中心绑定 Google，之后才能用该 Google 账号登录；绑定前请确认该 Google 账号归你所有。
• 解绑前平台会检查你是否仍有至少一种可用的登录方式；如果解绑会导致账号无法登录，平台会拒绝并提示你先设置密码。
• Google 服务本身由 Google 提供并受其条款约束；因 Google 服务中断、政策变化或账号被收回导致的登录问题，平台在合理范围内协助排查。

05用户内容

你通过邮箱、账号资料或其他功能提交的内容仍归你所有。为向你提供服务（存储、传输、展示、 备份与安全审查），你授予平台一项必要的、非独占的、可撤销的使用许可；该许可随内容删除 或账号注销而终止（法律要求保留的除外）。你应确保对提交的内容拥有合法权利， 且内容不违反法律或本条款。

06禁止行为

• 入侵、扫描、探测或绕过平台的安全机制；
• 未经授权抓取、批量导出或滥用平台数据与接口；
• 干扰平台正常运行、传播恶意代码或发起拒绝服务攻击；
• 冒用平台、其他用户或第三方的身份；
• 其他违反法律法规、公序良俗或损害平台与他人权益的行为。

07服务变更、中止与终止

我们可能因维护、升级、安全原因或法律要求，变更、暂停或终止部分服务；会尽可能提前告知。 若你严重违反本条款、存在滥用行为或法律要求，我们可限制、暂停或终止你的账号。 账号终止后，相关数据按《隐私政策》处理。

08知识产权

平台的品牌、界面、文档与自有代码归运营者或相关权利人所有；开源组件按其各自许可证使用。 未经许可，不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业目的。

09免责声明与责任限制

本服务按“现状”提供。我们会合理努力保障可用性与安全性，但不对第三方服务、网络中断、 不可抗力或你自身设备与保管不当造成的损失作超出法律强制规定的保证。在法律允许的范围内， 平台对间接损失、附带损失或利润损失不承担责任；本条不排除依法不能排除的责任。

10法律适用与争议解决

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突规范）。因本条款或本服务产生的争议， 双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交平台运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

11条款更新

我们可能更新本条款。重大变更会在平台内显著提示；更新后的条款自页面标注的生效日期起适用。 继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

1. Acceptance and Scope

These terms govern your access to and use of ZYCEONGAO, including the unified identity service, the account center, and the @zyceongao.com mailbox service. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Accounts and Security

• Provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date. Phone verification is used to prevent abusive registration.
• Your account is for your own use and may not be transferred, lent, or sold. Protect your password, authenticator, and recovery codes.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, change your password, review your devices, and contact us immediately.
• We may require two-factor verification; do not disable necessary security settings to bypass security checks.

3. Mailbox Service and Acceptable Use

The @zyceongao.com mailbox is for lawful, ordinary communication. You may not use it to send spam, phishing messages, malware, or fraudulent information, or to violate law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with network or platform security.

• Do not bulk-register, automate abuse, or bypass sending limits or anti-abuse mechanisms;
• Do not impersonate others or forge sender identities or mail headers;
• Do not send content that violates applicable law or infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate clearly abusive sending and report it as required by law.

4. Google Sign-In

• Google sign-in is only a quick sign-in method for an already-linked account; we do not create an account solely from a Google authentication.
• You must first link Google in the account center; confirm that the Google account belongs to you before linking.
• Before unlinking, we check that at least one sign-in method remains. If unlinking would lock you out, we refuse and ask you to set a password first.
• Google services are provided by Google under its terms. If Google outages, policy changes, or account recovery affect sign-in, we will assist within reason.

5. User Content

Content you submit through the mailbox, profile, or other features remains yours. To provide the service (storage, transmission, display, backup, and security review), you grant us a necessary, non-exclusive, revocable license that ends when the content is deleted or the account is closed, except records we must retain by law. You must have the rights to the content and ensure it complies with law and these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Intruding into, scanning, probing, or bypassing platform security mechanisms;
• Scraping, bulk-exporting, or abusing platform data or APIs without authorization;
• Interfering with platform operation, distributing malicious code, or launching denial-of-service attacks;
• Impersonating the platform, other users, or third parties;
• Other conduct that violates law, public order, or the rights of the platform or others.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate parts of the service for maintenance, upgrades, security, or legal reasons, with notice where possible. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for serious violations, abuse, or legal requirements. Data after termination is handled under the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform’s brand, interface, documentation, and proprietary code belong to the operator or relevant rights holders; open-source components are used under their respective licenses. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use them without permission.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security but do not guarantee against losses caused by third-party services, network interruptions, force majeure, or your own devices or safekeeping, beyond what mandatory law requires. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages; this clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes arising from these terms or the service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, they are submitted to the competent people’s court where the platform operator is located.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be prominently notified; the updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
